Terms and Conditions

Reservations:
Reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by Heathfield Hall prior to arrival. We regret no exceptions.

Check in/Check Out
You may check in from 16:30 until 21:00
You must check out by 11:00
If you are due to arrive outside of these times, please contact us in advance to inform us of your estimated time of arrival.  In this event you must contact us by telephone, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.

Accepted credit cards:
Visa/Maestro/Mastercard

Deposit Policy: 25% at time of booking (by credit card).

Payment Policy: Balance of fees due is payable on arrival.

Pet Policy: We regret pets are not allowed.

Guide Dogs welcome

Parking Policy: Free Public Parking is available on site.

Child Policy: Whilst children are welcome,  Heathfield Hall is not very child friendly due to spiral staircases, stone flooring etc., no cots available.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 week before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled less than 1 week before the date of arrival 50% of fee will be charged.

Allergies:  Please inform us, using the reservation form and/or upon arrival, if you have any dietary requests or alllergies.
